Apple Cake with Streusel Recipe from {nifty thrifty things}

 Vanessa from {nifty thrifty things} is here today with a yummy recipe for you guys.

Hi everyone! My name is Vanessa and I blog over at {nifty thrifty things}.
 I am really excited to be a guest here at A Glimpse Inside while Allison is on maternity leave and to get to know her (you) fabulous readers. :)
Here's a little bit about me: I'm a graphic designer by day and a blogger by night. My husband and I live in beautiful Germany (where I am from), but we met, fell in love and got married in Texas (where he's from). I would love to welcome you over at my blog, {nifty thrifty things} and have you participate in my weekly link party! ;)

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite cake recipe:

Apple Cake with Streusel

Sometimes I'm not sure if I really like Sundays.. Even though I do love sleeping in and/or being lazy on a rainy Sunday afternoon, it also means that it's back to the grind the next day.. ;) All the stores here in Germany are closed on Sundays, so if we get short-notice visitors on a Sunday and I want to bake a little something, I have to resort to what I have at home. I make sure I keep the ingredients for this delicious cake at home at all times.
It's easy to make and SO yummy!
