Baby M 2.0 Update: Week 34

How far along? 34 weeks
Total weight gain: 19 lbs.
Maternity clothes? I've been in pretty much all maternity pants now and I mostly wear maternity shirts just because they are long enough but I can wear a lot of my regular tank tops still so I will wear those under other things.
Stretch marks?
Not new ones... just the ones from Miss P. :P
Sleep: Sleeping pretty well.
Best moment this week: Got the dresser finally up in the room AND the chandelier is hung as well! Plus we started the backsplash in the kitchen too!
Miss Anything? I just want to breathe!!!!! Ready to not have a sore lower back and hips as well.

Movement: She definitely moves a lot. She is definitely running out of space in there and likes to make her presence known by pushing herself up, out and under my ribs.
Food cravings: nope, nothing
Anything making you queasy or sick: Mostly just letting too much time pass between eating. I swear, if I don't eat as soon as I feel like I am a little hungry, then it hits me out of no where and I am shakey.
Gender: GIRL!!!
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button (in or out): I'm gonna just say out. It isn't fully flat but I have a feeling it will be by the end which is interesting because it wasn't with Miss P.

Wedding Rings (on or off): On
Symptoms: Congestion! BLAH! Lower back pain if I am walking way too much. Hip pain when sleeping on one side too long.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy
Looking forward to: Finishing the backsplash in the kitchen and a few other projects in the kitchen. I started going through all of Miss P's old clothes and am prepping everything to get put away in the dresser or closet. Nice to finally start organizing a little. Also, slowly but surely starting to add more decorations to the nursery.

Number Flashcard Printables

I have another printable for you all today to use with your little ones.
I previously created and shared some Color and Shape Flashcards and I now thought it would be good to work on number recognition so I created some Number Flashcards.

You can download or print the flashcards below.

I printed mine on cardstock paper so they are thicker then just cut them apart using my paper cutter.
And to make them last for a long time, I recommend running them through a laminator.

I recommend when printing to choose the full page option but also shrink to fit but play around with your options depending on your at home printer.

My Autumn Inspired Mantle

I've been wanting to decorate our mantle for fall for a while now.
This is the first time I am really decorating the mantle so I was really excited to get to work.
I didn't want to buy anything new so I went digging in all my seasonal decor and even my craft stash to pull it all together.

After playing around with the arrangement, I am happy with how it all came out.

I'll take you on a closer look of everything I used to create this look.
I decided to go with browns, oranges, reds, and greens for the colors.
Everything I had fit right into that so it worked out well.

DIY Plank Wall

As soon as we decided that the girls weren't going to share a room anymore and I had to come up with a new nursery, my mind immediately started to race.
I started browsing Pinterest and looking back at my nursery board I created before Miss P and came up with a few ideas I really liked.
If you recall from Miss P's nursery reveal, we did a board and batten treatment in her room so I wanted to incorporate wood some how in the new nursery. I showed Travis a picture of a plank wall and convinced him to do it in the nursery.

Labor Day weekend we headed to Lowe's to gather all the wood and got to work.
It was really easy and he was done with the installation in a day and I got to painting it the next day.

Baby M 2.0 Update: Week 32

How far along? 32 weeks
I've actually been feeling exhausted the past few days.
Best moment this week: We got the nursery all painted and somewhat put back together. Was hoping to get the crib all together as well but it had two big dings right on the front of it so we have to get all exchanged now. Also, we found a dresser for her as well!!! I AM SO THRILLED! This has been such an ordeal and pain in the ass for the last 2 weeks or so. I've been contacting people on Craigslist and either they won't contact me back or I've lost a few dressers. UGH! But we got a great one this weekend and I am thrilled!
Miss Anything? I just want to breathe!!!!! Ready to not have a sore lower back and hips as well.

Movement: She definitely moves a lot, at times it is painful.
Food cravings: Didn't crave anything this week.

BLAH! A little sciatic nerve pain and round ligament pain on days I was walking and on my feet a lot. Hip pain when sleeping on one side too long. And lately... I have been BURNING up!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Relatively happy but I had quite an emotional day on Saturday after losing yet another dresser and just being pissed off and frustrated about it all.
Looking forward to: Painting the light fixture for the nursery and getting that installed. Also, painting the new dresser as well. Can't wait to be able to organize her room more!

"I met my Love in..." State Plaque

I've really like the state art I've seen out there and wanted to do something to add to our gallery wall.
I didn't want to just do a plain old state but wanted to relate it back to Travis and I so this is what I came up with.

It was rather easy so here is the how to.
Supplies:
-Scrapbook paper
-Vinyl
-Wood Plaque- I used the tree slice plaques
-Photo Transfer Medium or just regular Mod Podge
-Cutting Machine of some sort
-Ink pad (optional)

Baby M 2.0 Update: Week 31

How far along? 31 weeks... REALLY?!
Total weight gain: I think I am about 17 or 18 lbs. I have another doctor's appt on Friday.
Maternity clothes? I've been in pretty much all maternity pants now but I can still wear plenty of my regular shirts.
Stretch marks?
Not new ones... just the ones from Miss P. :P
Sleep: Sleeping better this week. Had a few rough night with Miss P so that is always fun.
Best moment this week: I picked out ALL the fabric for the nursery!! YAY! And then this past Friday we had a 3D ultrasound done. Baby M definitely looks a lot like her big sister but it was a little hard to see her because she had her feet in her face the entire time and was even sucking on her big toe! Crazy girl!
Miss Anything? I just want to breathe!!!!!

Movement: She definitely moves a lot, at times it is painful.
Food cravings: Didn't crave anything this week.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Mostly just letting too much time pass between eating. I swear, if I don't eat as soon as I feel like I am a little hungry, then it hits me out of no where and I am shakey.
Gender: GIRL!!!
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button (in or out): It is still in but not by much these days.

Wedding Rings (on or off): On
Symptoms: Congestion! BLAH! A little sciatic nerve pain and round ligament pain on days I was walking and on my feet a lot. Hip pain when sleeping on one side too long. And lately... I have been BURNING up!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Relatively happy.
Looking forward to: My dr's appt on Friday. Hopefully, painting the nursery this week as well- we had quite the paint fiasco this weekend. UGH!

One of the 3D shots we got. Her feet were in her face the whole time so this was a quick shot of them some what out of the way!

Miss Kitty Stuffed Animal

Did you know that September is National Sewing Month?!
Well it is!

I recently had to the opportunity to work with Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store and received some fabric from the Waverly fabric line. Waverly is celebrating their 90th Anniversary and are putting on a contest along with Jo-Ann to celebrate!
Enter the Waverize It Contest on Facebook for a chance to win $1,000 in Waverly Fabric and a $250 Jo-Ann giftcard.

I received some pretty green and cream floral Waverly fabric to create something with.
It just so happens that I decided on using green in the new nursery and thought I would make a little something cute and fun for Baby M 2.0.

Here is my creation:
Can you tell what the nursery color scheme is going to be? ;)

She turned out super cute and she was very easy to make as well.

Baby M 2.0 Update: Week 30

How far along? 30 weeks
Total weight gain: I think I am about 17 or 18 lbs.
Maternity clothes? I've been in pretty much all maternity pants now but I can still wear plenty of my regular shirts.
Stretch marks?
Not new ones... just the ones from Miss P. :P
Sleep: I've had some rough nights this week. I had trouble falling asleep and some nights felt like I never fell asleep at all. Past couple nights have been better though.
Best moment this week: We got the plank wall treatment up in the nursery AND I picked a color scheme and 2 of the fabrics for the nursery as well! Yay!
Miss Anything? I just want to breathe!!!!!

Movement: She definitely moves a lot, at times it is painful.
Food cravings: I actually had a craving!!! I wanted cupcakes so bad, if I didn't get one it would have been find but everywhere on tv and the internet was haunting me so Travis was the best hubby and went out at 9 pm to the store to buy me some! :)
Anything making you queasy or sick: Still when I get really congested and can't breathe it makes me sick. Other than that, it is when I let too much time pass between snacks or meals.
Gender: GIRL!!!
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button (in or out): It is still in but not by much these days.

Wedding Rings (on or off): On
Symptoms: Congestion! BLAH! A little round ligament pain and I am starting to get the hip pain when sleeping on one side for too long. I think I need to go to a chiropractor and get my hips realigned. Pretty sure one good push would do it for me! I have had some sciatic nerve pain going on too especially after I am on my feet too much.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Relatively happy.
Looking forward to: Hopefully ordering fabric for the nursery and then I am hoping to get a 3D/4D ultrasound of Baby M this week as well.
