I have a recipe for you today that is a family favorite but I warn you... you can't eat just one!!
Hence the name... you just POP them into your mouth and they are gone in one bite.

Did I mention they are SO easy and super fast to make?
No? Well, it is true!!

Ingredients:
-1 cup All Purpose Flour
-3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
-1 Stick of Butter, softened
-Jelly, flavor of your choice
-Powered Sugar

Place flour, cream cheese, and butter in a bowl and mix.

Mix until a soft dough is formed.
I actually mixed it until it was mostly combined and then used my hands to knead it into a good ball.

Place some flour on a surface and roll out the dough to about 1/8 in thick.

Use a shot glass or a really small round cookie cutter, to make the cookies.
Dip the glass into flour before cutting the dough.

Cut the cookies with the glass across the dough.
When you finish cutting the cookies, peel up all the extra dough and knead it back into a ball and roll out again. Continue doing this until all the dough is used.

Place the cookies on a cookie sheet and then press your thumb into the center of the cookie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Once cool, top with a dollop of jelly and the sprinkle with powdered sugar.

These cookies are so light and airy and the touch of sweetness of the jelly is so addicting.

They are so yummy and perfect for a holiday party.

If you make and store these cookies before your party, you will want to resprinkle the powered sugar before serving. The moisture that occurs when they are covered makes it absorb into the cookie.

ENJOY and pray you can eat just one! ;)
