I have a sweet printable for you today that would be perfect in a nursery.
I saw this quote and immediately wanted to use it in a printable.

I created it in numerous color options so you can pick which one will work best for you.

Burlap Mini Garden Flag with Painted Pumpkins #CreativeBuzz

I am a sucker for a mini garden flag.
I have a small collection of them that go with holidays, the seasons, and some are just for fun.
I realized though I don't have one that is specifically for fall. How that is possible, I have no idea!?!

So since this month's #CreativeBuzz theme was Pumpkins, I knew that I could create my own fall inspired mini garden flag with some pumpkins on it.

Here is what I created and I love how it turned out!

Here is how I created it so you can make one for yourself.

Supplies:
-Laminated Burlap- I found a small roll at Michael's
-Acrylic Paint
-Paint or stencil brushes
-Cutting machine- I used my Silhouette and I used this image from the Silhouette Store.
-Cardstock Paper
-Outdoor Mod Podge
-Sewing Machine
-Thread

BeddingStyle Giveaway!

** I was given bedding from BeddingStyle.com to review. All opinions are 100% my own. **

Happy Tuesday!

I have something fun for you today.
Do you want some new bedding to give your bedroom and fresh look? Is your bedding just tore up or dirty from your pets, kids, or well, you?!

Then today is your lucky day!
One lucky winner will win $200 to BeddingStyle.com! Whooo!

Shopping for bedding can be a daunting task! So many places to shop with so many options, it can get overwhelming fast! This is where BeddingStyle.com comes in.
BeddingStyle.com has so many styles to choose from, from top designers like Vera Wang, Candice Olsen, Nicole Miller, Betsy Johnson and many more!!

I have been in the market, ok, I am in the market frequently for new bedding, since I was getting tired of our current look.
I loved it when I first saw it, by the time I finally bought it, I still LIKED it but wasn't in love anymore but still went with it. So I have pretty much secretly been looking for new bedding ever since this came home. Shhh... don't tell Travis! ;)

Fall Ombre Yarn Wreath

I originally shared the tutorial over at A Little Tipsy on Sept. 3, 2014.

I shared this tutorial over at A Little Tipsy the beginning of the month and want to share it with all of you as well.
It is an easy wreath and perfect to spruce up your home for fall.

Here is how you can make one for yourself.

Supplies:
-Wreath Form
-Yarn- 3 in the color of your choice- light, medium and dark in shade
-Twine
-Ribbon
-Fall Berry Picks
-Other fall picks (optional)
-Hot Glue Gun

I began by marking the wreath form in four spots where I wanted to start and stop each color of yarn.

Handmade Hangout Party #13

Ready to party!?
I hope so!!

Before we begin today, we have added another hostess!
Please welcome Beth from Farm Fresh Vintage Finds!!

A little about Beth and her blog:
Farm Fresh Vintage Finds is the story of Beth a furniture artist, kitchen cabinetry painter, DIY’er and hopeless remodelacholic. Passionately curious about all things "junk", Beth loves to fly by the seat of her pants from project to project. She is hopelessly obsessed with thrifting and repurposing and loves taking all sorts of items and making them something new to love. She and her husband bought a dilapidated farmhouse (circa 1827) in 2001 and have been repurposing and remodeling ever since. Her shop, located in the barn on their farm, opened in June of 2012. Come along for the ride as she conquers projects one, two and sometimes three at a time.

Miss P the Preschooler!

Miss P started Preschool last Tuesday.
She only goes two days a week from 830 to 1130 but I know it will be so good for her.
She has only been 3 times so far but she seems to be really enjoying it!

Of course, I had to take pictures on her first day of preschooler.

I started by taking a picture of our new preschooler before I had to wake her up.
She wasn't too sure about getting up until I said she had to get up so she could go to school. She promptly opened her eyes, started to sit up and said "I'm coming." as she was crawling out of bed.

I made up this sign for her to hold and tried to get pictures of her and as you can see, she wasn't too keen on the situation.

The 10 Mth Adventures of Miss S

Hi everyone!
Sorry it was quite here yesterday. I had to quickly go out of town last week after my Grandpa passed away so I was away in MI for his funeral and didn't get home until late Sunday night.

But I am here today with a fun recap post of all the fun things going on in Miss S' world.
She is officially 10 mths old... SO CRAZY!!!
I don't know how it is possible that I need to start thinking about her 1 yr birthday. EEK!

Here is what she got into.

Monthly photo shoot like we always do!
She is getting VERY active and is hard to take pictures of these days as she is wanting to crawl away or move around. Her little personality is really shining through these days as well so it is fun to see her face in all the pictures.

We took her 9 mth photos as well at the beginning of the month.
Here are some of the proofs from our session. I love them all!

What's in your Handbag Series- Danielle from Busy Mom's Helper

Danielle from Busy Mom's Helper is here today showing off her handbag.

Hey y'all! I'm Danielle from over at Busy Mom's Helper, and I'm so excited to share with you today!
Okay, so maybe also a bit nervous since what I'm sharing is What's In My Handbag! Could be a bit scary....

What's In Your Handbag / by Busy Mom's Helper #whatsinyourhandbag #personal   Honestly, I had no idea WHAT was in my handbag, so when I went to do this post I had a bit of a hesitation. Luckily, there weren't any used tissues, millions of wrappers or other disgusting random things my kids tend to enjoy hiding in my bag. Since it's so much more convenient than a garbage can, right? Ya, I didn't think so either!
