Tasty Tuesday

I just tried this recipe last week. And it is super simple and good. I mean anything with mac and cheese, chicken, and a few vegetables thrown in there just has to be good! :) And guess where I got this recipe from... that's right Kraft Food.

What You Need:

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced

Make It:

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
ADD Shells, milk and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cook, covered, 5 min. Remove from heat.

Kraft Kitchens Tips:

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Make it Easy:To shorten the prep time, use pre-cut vegetables purchased from the produce department of your supermarket.
Substitute: Substitute frozen peas for the broccoli

I added in some cauliflower with the carrots and broccoli because I am not a big broccoli fan and it worked well in it. I'm sure any veggie would work in this. Hope you enjoy it if you try to make it!
