Tasty Tuesday: Pizza Roll Crescents

**This post has been recently updated with a new opening graphic along with another step in the recipe.**

Today for Tasty Tuesday I am sharing a recipe that I made the other night.
We normally have pizza once a week and during football season, that day is on Sunday. I went to make a pizza and thought I had some pizza dough and it turned out that I didn't so I improvised and made Pizza Roll Crescents and they were really yummy!

 Here's the How-to!

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 20 mins

- Crescents
-Pizza Sauce (for dipping)
-Pepperoni or other ingredients to your liking
-Parmesan Cheese
-Melted Butter
-Italian seasoning

To Make:
-Preheat oven to temperature on Crescents
- Unroll all the crescents

-Top with pepperoni or other toppings

-Top with cheese

-We added a little bit of onion as well

-Carefully roll up the crescent as tightly as you can trying not to lose any of your toppings

-Spread out evenly on a cookie sheet
-Bake for the time limit on the crescents.

This step is optional.
Melt 1 tsp. butter and then add 1/4 tsp. of Italian seasoning into the butter.

Once you pull the crescents out of the oven, spread the butter onto the top of the rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

-Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

We made 2 tubes of crescents for Travis to fill up but they are fast and easy for a quick dinner!
These would be perfect for an after school snack as well.

  1. I bet my daughter would love these! We will have to try them out for dinner tonight!

  2. A total weeknight kiddie go to meal....when they have NO desire to eat a grownup meal....

  3. Yum! These look great! Love the pizza dipping sauce on the side - much less messy. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Yummy ! just looking at them makes me hungry.

I love to receive and read your comments. It just makes my day! :)
